THE PROPERTY
Calamús is a contemporary tropical villa designed for relaxed and refined living in Bali.
Set across 500 m² on a single level, the villa combines generous indoor and outdoor spaces with a clean, minimalist aesthetic. Neutral tones, natural textures and polished white concrete create a calm atmosphere, while large openings connect the interiors seamlessly with the tropical gardens and private pool.
Every detail has been carefully considered, blending contemporary design with elements inspired by Balinese architecture, craftsmanship and tradition.
The villa features three spacious en-suite bedrooms, including a 60 m² master suite and two 40 m² suites, each designed to offer privacy, comfort and a strong connection with the surrounding gardens.
A fully equipped kitchen, generous living areas and dedicated staff service complete the experience, creating a private retreat designed to feel like home in Bali.
DESIGN
Calamús was designed by architect Carlos Santacruz and handcrafted using natural and locally sourced materials, creating a contemporary aesthetic that remains deeply connected to its tropical surroundings.
Clean architectural lines, organic textures and lush vegetation come together to create a sense of calm, privacy and harmony throughout the villa.
Designed to accommodate up to six guests, the villa offers three spacious en-suite bedrooms, each with its own dressing area and direct connection to the gardens. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and feature full-height doors that open onto the tropical surroundings.
Generous indoor and outdoor living areas flow naturally around the private swimming pool, creating an inviting setting for families and groups to relax and spend time together.
